Stitch Sisters – Sewing group for women – 3rd of 5 sessions

Stitch Sisters is our creative sewing group that is part of our Health and Wellbeing Service’s Re:Assure Women’s project, a dedicated service for women living with HIV who have experienced complex trauma and often have experiences of the UK immigration system. Stitch Sisters supports women to engage in an activity that improves mental well-being and provides a strong community of women with similar lived experiences, whilst also learning a new skill.

If you’ve not been part of Re:Assure before, Stitch Sisters is an ideal opportunity to get an introduction to the service.

This is the third time we’ve run Stitch Sisters. There will be 5 sessions in the series:

• Thursday 3rd October – 10am to 1pm
• Tuesdays the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th October – 10am to 1pm
• In the afternoon of 29th October there’ll also be the optional opportunity to show off your garments and skills in a runway show.
