August – Changes to our usual groups and activities

There are a few changes to our usual programme of groups, activities and services for August, whilst we plan our busy Autumn programme of groups, workshops, courses, and events.
- Our regular social and support groups – Together, Rainbow Men, and Women’s Group are all taking an August break
- Positive Over 50 Lunch is a week later than usual – this month on Thursday 8th August
- Join us for our Summer Celebration on Thursday 15th August
- There’ll be no Gym Induction sessions in August
- Positive East will be closed on Monday 26th August for the Bank Holiday, so there will be no FoodCycle Stepney Green Lunch that day
- Mindfulness is taking a break in the first full week of August – no sessions on Tuesday 6th and Friday 9th
- Qigong and Ear acupuncture are taking a break in the last week of August – no sessions on Wednesday 28th
- Family visit to London Zoo – Wednesday 28th August
